Residents of Surf City need to license their dogs between June 1st to 30th. A valid rabies vaccination certificate is mandatory for licensing. The form can be downloaded online and submitted at the Town Hall.

  • Camping and leaving beach equipment unattended overnight is forbidden
  • Littering on the beach, in the ocean, or at the access points is illegal and is a fineable offense. 
  • Playing, walking on the dune, and digging holes larger than 12 inches is forbidden.
