  • People should keep away from the dunes.
  • Cabanas and tents are restricted on the beach, but infant pop-up tents and wind-powered sunshades are allowed.
  • Any equipment left untaken must be removed from the beach daily.
  • Visitors should avoid littering and bringing glass containers to the beach.
  • Holes on the sand must be filled back while returning from the beach.
  • Vehicles of any type are prohibited on the strands and dunes.
  • Bicycles are prohibited from being used on the beach strand from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 
  • Skateboarding, rollerskating, and scooter usage are prohibited on public streets and bike lanes.
  • Parking is allowed only in designated areas and restricted on sidewalks.
  • Camping vehicles are blocked from entering the beach.
  • People must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
  • Consuming alcohol and using charcoal grills are discouraged here.
  • Using fireworks is an offense on the beach.
  • Surfing is allowed only east of Monroe Street and west of Oxford Street.
