Longport Beach Dog Licensing

Owners must obtain a license before keeping a dog in Longport Borough. All dogs must wear their license tag at all times. The license expires on January 31st each year. So it must be renewed annually before its expiration date. 

Dogs that are seven months or older must be licensed through municipalities. Pets must be vaccinated against rabies by a certified veterinarian. Their vaccination must last at least 10 months of the license period.
