- Dogs are barred from entering Ocean City Beach from 01st May to 30th September.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times. The leash must be at least 6 feet.
- Dogs are barred from entering the boardwalk, pavilion, ramp, or other public places.
- Owners are responsible for removing and disposing of pet wastes.
- Pets must always show good behavior. They are prohibited from running freely when outside the property of the owner.
