- Only dogs with a lease are allowed on Stone Harbor Beach.
- From Friday before Memorial Day till Labor Day, dogs are allowed on the beach from 07:00 pm to sunset.
- Dogs enter the beach anytime from the day after Labor Day till the day before Memorial Day.
- Dogs are prohibited from entering Stone Harbor Point at any time.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning and throwing away the waste produced by their pets.

- Kayaking is only allowed on 122nd Street through 126th Street beaches.
- While engaging in any water activities, life jackets must be worn at all times.
