Coronado Beach Dog License

People residing in the area must apply for a license if their dog is over four months old. Renewing the license within 60 days after the expiration date is necessary, or a late fee will be applicable. Pet owners must submit valid rabies vaccination certificates.

The dog should be vaccinated during the whole licensing period. The license tag must be worn by the dog consistently. It should be securely attached to the collar. If the ownership of the dog changes, new owners are requested to obtain a license change by paying the applicable fee. Licenses can be obtained from the Animal Care Facility.

  • A personal fire pit/grill on the beach is allowed.
